Your account

You're responsible for the content on your page and for keeping your login secure. Handles are first-come, first-served. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to create an account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Orbt to host or link to anything illegal, malicious, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or remove pages that break these rules or harm other people.

• No malware, phishing or fraudulent links.
• No content that's illegal where you live or where it's viewed.
• No impersonation of another person or brand.

Payments

The Free plan is free forever. VIP is available two ways: a $3.50/month subscription (billed monthly, cancel anytime) or a one-time $29.99 Lifetime payment, both for the features listed at checkout and including future updates. The monthly plan renews automatically until canceled; the Lifetime plan has no recurring charges. Because access is delivered instantly and unlocks features the moment you pay, all purchases are final. Please see our Refund Policy.

Your content

You own everything you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store and display it as part of running your page. Delete it any time and that license ends.

Availability

We work hard to keep Orbt online and fast, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a material change we'll note it here and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
