All sales are final

Orbt VIP is available as a $3.50/month subscription or a one-time $29.99 Lifetime purchase. Because your access is delivered instantly and unlocks the premium features on your account the moment payment completes, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including payments already made on the monthly plan.

Cancel the monthly plan anytime

The monthly plan never locks you in. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Account in your dashboard (it opens the Stripe billing portal), and you'll keep VIP until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate or refund partial months, but you'll never be charged again after you cancel.

You never have to pay to try Orbt

The Free plan is free forever. You can build, customize and publish a complete page without spending anything, so you'll know exactly what Orbt is before you ever upgrade. We strongly recommend using the Free plan first so a purchase is always an easy decision.

Instant delivery & your consent

By completing checkout you are requesting immediate access to the VIP features and you acknowledge that, once that access is granted, you lose any "cooling-off" or right-of-withdrawal period, to the extent you are permitted to waive it under the law that applies to you.

The only exceptions

We'll always put right a genuine billing mistake, for example a duplicate charge, or a charge you didn't authorize. We also honor any refund that applicable consumer-protection law requires us to give. If you think one of these applies to you, email us and we'll sort it out quickly.

Talk to us before a chargeback

If anything's wrong with your purchase, please email us first. We're a small team and we reply fast. Opening a card dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while it's investigated.
