Plain English. No dark patterns. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
What we collect
To run your account we store the email you sign up with, your handle, and the content you add to your page (display name, bio, links, images, audio and your design settings). When someone visits your page we record anonymous, aggregate analytics (page views, unique sessions and which links are clicked) so you can see how your page performs.
How we use it
We use your data only to provide and improve the service: to render your page, show you analytics, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we don't run third-party advertising on your page.
Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to count a visit once per session. We don't use cross-site tracking cookies.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with our hosting and database provider (Supabase) under their security and encryption practices. Uploaded media is served from our storage buckets.
Payments
When you upgrade, your payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on Orbt's servers. We only keep your plan and a Stripe customer/subscription reference so we can manage your access and billing. Stripe processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can edit or delete your content at any time from your dashboard, and you can request full deletion of your account and data by emailing us. We'll action it promptly.
